The Story
A story of gangs, violence and deception set on the streets of Korea circa 1970s.
The story follows a small group of yangachi (hoodlums), who after finding themselves in some unexpected events, get caught up in one of the biggest wars to ever face the Korean underworld. As two rival sides fight for control this small group faces their own share of problems.
The Purpose
Seoul Red is the first in a line of new stories based around less well known cultures and historical events. these stories, although fiction, reference a lot of real world events, people and places. The hope of these books is to help educate the lesser known on these occurrences.
About Alex F. O. Aluko
Alex has a strong pursuit for knowledge, ever since a young age he studied historical events in finding joy in retelling niche stories to his friends and family. In his free time he would combine his knowledge of history with his other passion of writing creating works of fiction that he would later create a career from.
